Core Coordinating Team Gathers in Dallas

ENAHVE's Core Coordinating Team gathered in Dallas, Texas on January 13, 2015 in preparation for the February Training of Episcopal Team Chairpersons and plan for the V Encuentro.The Core Team is made up of four consultants Sr. Anna Marie Reha, Fr. Hector Madrigal, Dr. Hosffman Ospino, Dr. Patricia Jiménez and the Manager of the V Encuentro Mr. Alejandro Aguilera-Titus.

At the meeting, the Core Coordinating Team reviewed and clarified roles, expectations, and responsibilities, examined the Encuentro timeline and established future meeting dates for the National Team of Accompaniment (ENAHVE). A large portion of the meeting was dedicated to the planning of the upcoming training for Episcopal Regional Chairs. The committee also reviewed the proposed website design and current status of social media accounts. Last, the committee evaluated current finances and looked to developing five-year budget and a sponsorship packet to present to Catholic publishers, foundations, and businesses.
