Oscar Carranza Hired as National Event Coordinator

It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I join the ENAVE team as the Coordinator for the V Encuentro National Event. It is an honor to join a team of quality and dedicated individuals who diligently continue to work for the building of our Church. Having had the chance to meet the team that makes up the coordination of the V Encuentro at the local, regional and national level, I am impressed by the level of expertise, knowledge and overall commitment to the unified efforts being put into action. As the coordinator of the annual Dallas Ministry Conference for the last 6 years, I am confident that I can provide the needed logistical support to make the V Encuentro national event a great success. As a member of the School of Ministry at the University of Dallas, I am well aware of the commitment, effort and time that everyone working in and for the Church makes. My hope and commitment to you as team members of ENAVE is to provide you with the coordination and overall support to bring the efforts of all to a fruitful Encuentro in Grapevine, Texas in 2018. My duties will include the management of attendees, registration, exhibitors and speakers. It also includes the management of all logistic aspect of the event to include proper and timely set up and execution of the event programing. Additionally, I am your local resource for anything dealing with the V Encuentro, the Gaylord Texan and if needed both the Dallas and Fort Worth dioceses. Please let me know how I may help. I am originally from El Salvador and immigrated to this great country in November of 1981 before the age of 13. I attended school in the Dallas Independent School District, the University of North Texas Dallas and worked in the Architectural and Structural Construction business for nearly 19 years as labor supervisor, purchasing manager and operations & project manager. I am dad to Giovanni, Dimitri, Dominic and Annemarie and have been married to my best friend Marianne, my high school sweetheart, for over 30 years.
