Diocese of Richmond Prepares Parish Teams

The Diocese of Richmond held its V Encuentro Parish Team training on February 4th at the Pastoral Center and in St. Charles, Cape Charles Virginia on Saturday, February 11th, 2017. A total of 72 leaders from 17 different parishes within the diocese participated in the two trainings provided. Throughout this training, it was evident that most of the participants were very enthusiastic and ready to begin their five-week experience of reflection, evangelization, and consultation during the lenten season. The process will culminate with their parish Encuentro in Pentecost. These leaders will be sharing the V Encuentro process with the various ministries within their parishes.
